Installation

First-Time Setup

Prepare furnace for initial use following these steps.

  1. Position furnace: Place on stable, level surface away from buildings and overhangs.
  2. Connect propane: Ensure tank valve is closed before connecting hose.
  3. Test ignition: Press ignition button while turning heat knob to verify spark.
  4. Adjust heat settings: Familiarize yourself with low, medium, and high settings.

Connecting Fuel Source

  3. Connect hose to tank valve, hand-tighten only.
  4. Check for leaks using soapy water solution at connections.
  5. Open tank valve slowly until fully open.

Tip: Always store propane tanks upright and in well-ventilated area when not in use.

Operation Guidelines

Follow proper procedures for safe and efficient operation.

  1. Startup: Turn knob to OFF, open propane tank valve, turn knob to START, press ignition.
  2. Adjustment: Rotate heat dial clockwise for higher heat, counterclockwise for lower.
  3. Monitoring: Regularly check fuel level and surrounding area for safety.
  4. Shutdown: Turn knob to OFF position, close propane tank valve.
  5. Cool Down: Allow 30 minutes for unit to cool before moving or storing.

WARNING! Never leave operating furnace unattended. Keep away from flammable materials.
