Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable, heat-resistant surface.

  1. Location: Install in well-ventilated area, away from flammable materials.
  2. Power Connection: Connect to appropriate power supply (220V AC).
  3. Grounding: Ensure proper electrical grounding.
  4. Clearance: Maintain minimum 30cm clearance on all sides.

WARNING! Furnace reaches extremely high temperatures; install away from combustible materials. Use heat-resistant gloves when handling.

First-Time Setup

Power on furnace; follow initial setup procedure.

  1. Initial Burn-off: Run furnace at 500°C for 2 hours to remove manufacturing residues.
  2. Temperature Calibration: Verify temperature accuracy using calibration thermocouple.
  3. Program Setup: Configure default temperature programs if needed.
  4. Safety Check: Test door safety switch and over-temperature protection.

CAUTION! Always wear appropriate PPE during operation. Do not touch hot surfaces.

Specifications
